About the Company

A father and son company, ADAS Ace is a small business with over 45 years of experience as an ASE Certified Master L1 Automotive Technician. Griff McConal is a seasoned mentor, trainer, and ADAS Calibration Specialist with a commitment to advancing automotive safety and repair.

For the past five years, he has specialized in ADAS calibrations, earning 13 ICAR ADAS certifications. He was also the first technician to perform calibrations in San Luis Obispo County, where he also established the region’s first standalone calibration business.

Griff played a key role in designing and building the first calibration center in Portland, Oregon, and was an integral contributor to the development of the first standalone calibration center in Eugene. His hands-on expertise includes training technicians and estimators in ADAS system identification and calibration procedures, both with OEM and aftermarket equipment. As a calibration and programming technician trainer in Santa Cruz County, he performed thousands of calibrations and successfully mentored a new generation of ADAS professionals.
